What This Session Does
- This session gives you clarity on:

- what type of recovery is most effective for you
- how to structure recovery across your week
- whether a programme or membership is appropriate
- The goal is simple:
remove guesswork and give you a clear recovery strategy.
What Happens During Your Session
- Your session lasts approximately 40 minutes and is conducted privately with a RedGen clinician.
- We assess:
- your weekly training or work demands
- fatigue, soreness, and recovery patterns
- sleep and nervous system recovery
- muscle tension and movement quality
- This allows us to understand how your body is currently coping — and where recovery needs to improve.
