WHAT IS VAGARO?


Vagaro is the computer package that RedGen uses to manage our bookings and to define all of the services and packages that we offer. We use it to hold details of all our clients.


If you wish to purchase from us online then you will need to use it.


It offers a number of big advantages to you as a client:


  1. book services online
  2. see the availability of appointments
  3. cancel and re-schedule appointments
  4. receive email and text reminders for bookings
  5. take payments using any major credit or debit card
  6. available as an App and as a Web interface


Don't worry if you don't feel comfortable using it however - you can always book services and buy packages by giving us a call.

HOW DO I USE VAGARO?


If you are using an Apple or an Android device then go to the App Store and search for "Vagaro". You should find an app with that name, and the app logo should look like the one above.


Install the app and register for an account. The two most important pieces of information that you enter will be your email address and your mobile number - it is these that will link your account to RedGen. The email address will be used for all correspondence, as well as receiving reminders about appointments, which will also be sent via SMS to your phone.


To use the browser version of Vagaro go to www.vagaro.com and select the "Sign Up Now" link, or login if you have an account.


You are not restricted to using one method - you can use the app or the browser interface interchangeably with the same login details.

How to pay


The Vagaro system is integrated with its own secure payment system. This gives us the ability to accept payments using all major credit or debit cards.


If you are paying at the clinic we have a card reader which also supports contactless payments.
